I am a mother to three kids. A former art teacher. Sometimes artist. I like the outdoors. And animals. I live in the burbs and I'm happy, but I'm ready to get out of here. Good times.

Closing shop.

So I wanted to say farewell, at least for now.

The time has come for me to stop blogging.

About Me

I'll Take Mine...: We are a family of five, married 13 years. I am the wife of a former journalist who left the biz to do PR. He's now hoping to join the US Foreign Service. We have three kiddos, a dog and two cats. We would leave our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house in a comfy community for a life overseas. But first, we have to get in. He's passed the OA three times… and apparently, we don't give up.

9/11 Passed QEP

2/12 Passed OA w/ 5.4 in PD

March 2013 OA scheduled.....
